Recreational amenities in the Rivers Crossing subdivision include a sports court, pool with pool house, play-scape, pavilion, and gazebo in the central park area. A wooded park area on the north side of section two (off Rio Grande Ave) features a small pond in a relatively natural setting. The Home Owners Association owns and maintains the pavilion and common area parks within the neighborhood. This excludes the drainage areas along CR 132, FM 1660 and western part of the subdivision. Annual dues paid by the Home Owners fund the maintenance of the pavilion, parks and common areas.
