Pool

The Home Owners Association owns and maintains the common area swimming pool. Annual dues paid by the Home Owners fund the maintenance of the pool.

Pool Access

The pool is accessible by use of card keys issued to each home owner that is current on HOA dues. Card keys must be transfered with the home upon purchase or sale. Replacement card keys cost $25. If your HOA dues are current and the key is not working, send a pool key activation request via the member area of the website.

Be sure to include your name, address and card key number.

Pool Hours

Pool Hours are 7am-10pm from May 1st through September 30th
The pool is CLOSED from October 1st through April 30th.

Pool Rules
  • At least one resident of Rivers Crossing Subdivision age 19 or older MUST accompany any non-resident guests.
  • At least one resident of Rivers Crossing Subdivision age 19 or older MUST accompany any children under the age of 19.

Large Groups

The HOA pool is a residential pool, not a community or commercial pool. The occupancy of the pool is limited, any violations will endanger guests. If you plan to invite a number of guests greater than 6 to use the pool, coordinate your group’s use of the pool with the HOA’s director-at-large stating days and hours of use. There may be a fee or deposit required for groups of over 15 people.

Access Key Replacement

If an access card is lost or fails to transfer upon sale of a home, there is a $25 fee to replace the card. Mail your name, address and a $25 check to:
