Rivers Crossing Residents,
The RCHOA Board continues to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic as it relates to our neighborhood pool. Pinnacle Texas Management Services and the RCHOA Board are currently working to determine the best course of action to remain compliant with the Texas Governor's Executive Order.
We have been working with the Association's attorney to clarify what steps are necessary to ensure total compliance when we reopen the pool, and working as a Board to come up with a reopening
plan that will best protect our residents' health and safety.
Until Pinnacle Texas Management Services and the RCHOA Board can get additional clarification on the Texas Governor's Executive Order, our community pool will remain closed. The RCHOA Board will provide updates as we know more information.
We appreciate your understanding during this unprecedented time. The RCHOA Board in conjunction with Pinnacle Texas Management Services remains committed to the safety and wellbeing of our neighborhood.
